The Anacapa 2 Low GTX contains features that make the shoe inherently stable, such as a wide base and our Active Foot Frame, for a moderate amount of stability that is still designed to work for neutral gaits.

The Anacapa 2 Low GTX features a symmetrical bed of cushion without additional prescriptive technologies. Designed to provide the support you want and nothing you don't.

    I wore these hiking shoes for 11 days. Hiked or walked several miles a day. I have lots of chronic pain in my big toes. For the first time in a long time my feet did not hurt at the end of the day. I love these shoes!

    Love my Anacapas!

    Wore my new Anacapas on a hike in the mountains of Scotland. Rocky, wet, steep and slippery but my shoes were great! Didn’t slip, slide or trip. And my feet stayed totally dry crossing through creeks and stepping in puddles.

    Amazing traction and comfort

    The toe box is very wide (so no pressure issues squeezing the feet). The design and laces aren't as snug as some Hoka's which is probably a good thing because with hiking shoes you want flexibility between sock thickness. After 5 miles, feet feel great.     These shoes took a little bit to wear in but now they are as comfortable as can be!
