    They don't work for me

It's a good shoe, but it doesn't work well for me because it emphasizes my pronation and is too soft. I wasted my money on this one for nothing.

You being comfortable while flying through your miles is one of our highest priorities. We’re glad you got this pair back to us since the tongue didn’t feel the best. A refund was issued on 9/29/26 going back to your initial form of payment. We recommend looking at the Stinson 8 shoe, which is another plush style offering maximum cushioning for the trails and an updated lug design and orientation is honed for all-terrain traction. Take them for a spin with our 30 day guarantee HERE to see how they measure up.

Couldn’t have done a trail race without them

These are my first trail shoe and I bought them for my first (and treacherous) trail race. They were fantastic from the first run. I didn’t want to go with a more expensive trail shoe because I didn’t know how I was going to fare with having little/no experience on trails. They took great care of me...

    website kept blocking purchase

I tried to purchase these shoes about 5 times over the course of a month. Each time, the website would confirm my order only to cancel it 10 minutes later by email. I finally gave up. Guess I won't be ordering Hoka's....ever!!

We strive for all orders placed to be processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Typically, when an order is canceled, there's usually a discrepancy between billing or shipping information entered at checkout and what's on file with your bank. You can always visit us locally by checking authorized HOKA retail stores HERE in your area. If you have additional questions, click HERE, and we would be glad to assist.
