We aim to keep our exchange process seamless, but our warehouse encountered an unexpected issue while processing your request. We ran out of inventory on the size you requested for this pair, and a refund was issued on 10/20/26 going back to your initial form of payment. You can always add your email to the waitlist for the size you requested, and we will notify you as soon as they are restocked. Click HERE to reach our team with any additional questions. We are always happy to help.

    Hoka Speedgoat 2

They are great! I didn’t have to break them in and I have no pain whatsoever with running or doing a workout during, after or next day. I wear them all day long.

    Still haven’t received my exchange

The size I originally purchased was too small and I’m still waiting for my exchange to show up. It’s been a few weeks now. I have yet to receive any information from the company on when that will be.

We certainly want every order and exchange taken care of as quickly as possible, but they are also subject to processing timeframes once received at the warehouse. We see your conversation with our team on 10/19/26 advising your return was received on 10/16/26 and the timeframe for processing can take up to 5-10 business days. If you haven’t received an update by the end of the day on 10/30/26, reach out to us HERE and we can look into this further to get everything moving.

    Nice looking shoe

Speedboat 2 is a nice looking shoe. Unfortunately the toe box is tight compared to other Hoka shoes of the same size.

    Speedgoat 2

Very comfortable for walking. A little narrow at first but works in well. Great color combos too. These and Tor Summit are my favorite all around Hoka's My only complaint is you need to step up your t-shirt game. How about using some of the cartoon characters from the website? Great job guys...

Speedgoat 2 are NOT like Speedgoat 7 AT ALL

FYI that Speedgoat 2 are not the same fit as Speedgoat 7. Maybe I missed something in the product reviews, but they fit differently.
